1. No Refund:
   Due to the custom nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
   
   
2. Why No Refund:
   All our products are made specifically for your order. This ensures the highest quality, but also means they cannot be resold or restocked. Therefore, returns and refunds are not possible.
   
   
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
   If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery else they will not be eligible.
   
   To raise a request, email us with:
   - Your Order ID Clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging.
   - A brief description of the issue After review and approval, we will offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect items only.
   
   
4. Cancellations:
   Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
